Is that a Chinese fan at the bottom there? Made out of some kind of tan leather?
It is most definitely a something, but what type of something I cannot be sure. I think that isn’t a fan, rather it’s a piece of once-white sheetmetal that has now gotten rust to the point that it looks like leather from this angle and distance.
I think there’s a pitchfork at the upper right, though. Does that help?
